I have Action Pack from Microsoft, when I checked my Windows server 2019, it was just core server. My question was that, I have installed it as my Hyper-V server, I now wanted to install a VM using the same ISO but I can not browse the ISO file, I can browse 2019 server ISO with full features. So is it possible to install Windows server 2019 core as a VM?
Second question, can I download Windows server 2019 from Microsoft site and use my core activation key to activate it ?

It's the same ISO. If you want a core install just choose one of the option without (Desktop Experience)

SolutionSounds good. Regardless it is a single ISO for Core or Desktop Experience options.
