Storage Migration Service Log TIme Out Error

I am migrating large amounts of data. I have increased all timeout setting as suggested in many articles. I am still unable to download error log or even the full transfer log. This is causing major issues as I cannot tell what is erroring out. Our organization really like the product but without being able to see errors it maybe back to robocopy :( Additionally on the newest upgrade of the WAC the status screens while doing transfer do not stay they will flash for a second then disappear this is occurring in every browser. Any help on log download issues would greatly be appreciated.
