Director of User Services for the past five years. In 2012, I took over the phone management for our campus. We were running a Avaya PBX phone system when I took over. in 2016 - 2017, we purchased and migrated to Skype for Business Hybrid setup. We are finishing up the rollout by the end of 2017.
