As a Corporate Vice President at Microsoft, Erin leads Product for the Azure core infrastructure, delivering infrastructure offerings that power the world’s workloads. Spanning from general purpose to workload-optimized to SaaS, the combination of compute, storage, networking and management services enable customer choice and flexibility in their hosting application needs of today while preparing for the future. Since joining Microsoft in 1998 Erin has contributed to over 15 operating system releases in various product leadership positions. Building communities and supporting women is as core to her as operating systems. Over her career Erin has championed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiating and leading many women’s communities and currently serving as Executive Sponsor for the Women at Microsoft Employee Resource Group. Erin holds a BASc, Electrical Engineering with Minor in Environmental Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and an MA, Applied Behavioral Science - Coaching and Consulting in Organizations from Bastyr University.
