Driving revenue by improving the account rounding and sales focus inside of service teams. My goal is to identify, recommend, and then drive leadership development, sales development and process improvement strategies & programs as well as building out joint sales training efforts with Producers and Account Service Teams to ensure seamless customer interactions. I'm currently responsible for designing, developing, and delivering sales training to over 6000 account servicers throughout North America. Over 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry as both an employer and broker gives me a unique perspective as a trainer. As a former Human Resources professional, I possess an in-depth understanding of HR management and laws. Also, as a Senior Account Executive with HUB, I was responsible for overall client retention and strategy. In addition to being an ATD-certified Instructional Designer & Master Trainer and NAHU-certified Health Care Reform Specialist, I have maintained my Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation since 2006. I use this broad base of expertise and experience to equip HUB’s service teams and new producers with the technical and strategic knowledge they need to succeed. The SAE Account Expansion Program, my most recent design/development project, received the GOLD award for Best Sales Training from the Customer Sales and Service World Awards organization.
