My passion for technology runs deep. I've had to reinvent myself several times over, and nothing has stuck more than my love of technology. Almost everything I know has been self-taught because the one thing I love more than anything is learning. Knowledge is something that can never leave you. In my career I have created a gaming community that boasts over 2000 members worldwide, mentored my team, encouraged others to be more than they think they are, demanded of my colleagues to think outside the box, encouraged my development team to always think like a user, and inspired the younger generation to be excited about not only technology, but gaming as a viable career. This is an important part of who I am. And it is exactly how I manage my teams, I encourage them to self-direct and self-govern. The answer is never a NO, it’s more of “Convince me you’re right.” I push people to be a better version of themselves. I want to engage the world with my passion for games, drive for success, advocacy for Cystic Fibrosis and Ovarian Cancer, and not only seize opportunities, but also provide them to others.
