Bruno Gabrielli is a Senior Customer Engineer (formerly Premier Field Engineer). His role covers on-site presence and support for customers that signed a Microsoft Premier support contract. His main technologies are Azure Monitor/Log Analytics for which he delivered lots of customization engagements and Operations Manager for which he delivered Workshops, Assessments and other type of content to several customers. He also covered the Program Manager role and previously, he focused more that 50% of his labor time collaborating on the assessment tool known as Operations Manager Health Check that became then Operations Manager RAP as a Service and then On-Demand Assessment for System Center Operations Manager. For the latter, he is now the main author and leader. During this period, Bruno presented 3 times at TechReady, 1 time at the TechWeek and 3 times at the WPC Italian event. Before joining Microsoft in 2008, Bruno worked as a consultant for Microsoft Consulting Services in Italy.
