Luca Vitali born and live in Bologna, Italy. He works in IT since 1996, starting from PC management, then following AD and Exchange. Since 2008 he follows OCS first, then Lync 2010, 2013 and Skype for Business now. Since OCS, he starts to see in MS UC the future of PBX Replacement.
