My main focus is always from the customer perspective and how to implement technical solutions there is very easy to use. I see solutions in a whole eco system - it does not really gives a great meeting experience, if we have great solutions in the large meeting rooms and in the huddle rooms, if employees connect on video from a open office speaking direct into the laptop microphone. With a very small investment in a headset and a webcam, you will get a much better meeting experience.
