I'm here to help individuals and organizations improve their productivity through the effective adoption of Office 365 apps and services . My career in IT started in 1996 as an apprentice, building PCs and networks for small businesses. Studying part-time, I earned several Microsoft certifications which enabled me to move into a helpdesk role with a large corporation. Shortly after qualifying as an MCSE in 1999, I achieved the Microsoft Certified Trainer accreditation and changed my focus to technical training for the next 11 years. In 2011 I was made redundant. Rather than look for another training job, I started my own company with a goal to become a trusted independent adviser on Office (now Microsoft) 365, SharePoint, Teams and other Microsoft collaboration technologies. Various contract and freelance roles followed over the years to help me gain knowledge and experience across a wide range of industries and projects. In 2021 I joined the Customer Success team at Transparity where I continue to do what I love; learning and helping others to benefit from what I’ve learned!
