Integración SBC Teams - Usuario en Skype4B tiene asignada extensión reporta error

Team, actualmente se esta realizando migración e integración SBC a Teams - el usuario esta configurado en Skype4B y tiene asignada extensión telefónica.

Desde teams se esta realizando asignación de una nueva extensión pero reporta error por que ya tiene asignada extensión.

Can not update OnPremLineURI as the user has dirsynced onpremise LineURI.

 

Saben como superar este inconveniente?  Gracias.

Maybe lost in translation here but as I understand it you have a user with Enterprise Voice in Skype for Business and you want to enable them for Phone System in Teams and that is not possible?

Is the user in coexistence mode TeamsOnly, if not do that first. Are you running Skype OnPremises or Online? If OnPremises clear the phone number in Skype, then Sync and try to set the number again.
Clear with Set-CsUser -Identity "user" -LineURI $null
we are running Skype OnPremises and I clear LineURI as you suggested but still keep getting the same error:
Can not update OnPremLineURI as the user has dirsynced onpremise LineURI.

Have you setup this user in "TeamsOnly" mode before trying to assign a number?

Hello, the solution to assign the extension was:
- In Skype for Business edit the user and remove the extension
- Wait for the AD replica
- By powershell the extension, dial plan and normalized rule are assigned correctly.
