Hello Steph, We have several avenues for discussions, depending on the context. For general ROS questions - including Windows, https://answers.ros.org/questions/.
We monitor questions tagged with Windows. This is the preferred route.
For bugs in the Windows port, we are centralizing our issues database on GitHub: https://github.com/ms-iot/ROSOnWindows.
If your company has an existing relationship with Microsoft, say with an account technology specialist - please ask them to contact the Robotics team in COSINE IoT.

Hi. Because I have almost all the skills to contribute. I was wondering knowing which parts are missing. It Will be lot of added values if it could run on Windows platform.
