Autofill several columns in SharePoint list

I have two lists, "Customers" and "New order"

 

In "Customers" I have the following list items: FirstName, LastName, Tel nr, Email, Birthday, and customer ID

 

In the "New order" list, I have the following list items: FirstName, LastName, Email, Tel Nr, Customer ID, and Status. The Customer ID is the only unique identifier in the Customer list. With that said, upon entering a "New order" list item, I wish to autopopulate the corresponding entries (LastName, FirstName, Email, and Tel nr) when entering the Customer ID. 

 

So to be clear, I create a new item in "New order" and I enter the customer ID. This autopolulates FirstName, LastName, email, and Tel nr (data drawn from customer list). 

 

Is there a way to do this?
