Unable to subscribe to Teams again

Hi,

I have a problem to subscribe again to Teams free.

I have an Office 365 personal subscription, and I've messed up subscribing to Teams free :

1. first I've made a mistake while subscribing to Teams free for work and organization : I've used a dummy name for my organization (I'm a self-employed and need Teams for working with outside contractors and clients)

2. to correct the name, I've made a second mistake : I've deleted the tenant corresponding to this dummy name.

3. Now, I try to subscribe again with my Microsoft account but it returns an error. Some times it says  that the ID is corresponding to a tenant that doesn't exist.
What could I do ?
Should I create a new tenant first ?

And then what ?
