Unable to create or edit call queues in Teams admin centre

Hi All,

 

We are trialling Teams Phone System, I have been able to add some phone numbers and assign to users. I have created a Resource and assigned a telephone number to the resource.


When I try to add a Call Queue in the Admin Centre, I get an error that the Queue cannot be created. I have used Powershell to create the queue using CsOnline commands but there are some things that can't be configured in Powershell for the queue (or I'm missing something) for example adding the Resource to the queue. If I then try to edit the queue in the Admin Centre it says the Queue cannot be edited.

 

Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

There were some issues with the Teams APIs, which might have caused this. Try again later, and if you are still having trouble - open a support case.

Same problem for us, we have been trying to change since last Thursday 15/4 and still broken.
