Some users are experiencing problems with the history of some channels. Suddenly they are empty, when they have content. And it doesn't happen to all users, but to some of them.

 

Does anyone know what it could be? I think it's a bug, but I can't find a place to create it.

This is a know bug that is being worked on currently! This is often remidied by doing a full logout and log back into the teams client

Dear Adam, I know that you are probably really busy man. Please be so kind and tell your bosses you need more manpower for coding or you need figure out how to scale the development of TEAMS.

This Known bug in this post is still unfixed by 2 years later. I logged into teams today, saw that our company's general channel was empty, restarted the Teams client. I know most of the posts there by heart, but what happens if we loose disappoint our clientele, because someone in our team did not see a important post.

We are currently in the phase of testing teams as a viable solution for our infrastructure scaling and it is promising, but... You are really making it difficult with known issue like this.

This is not a way that you can gain the trust of Your business clients. We now know that M$ is busy building Windows 11, but this kind of attitude is leaking to your other development teams as well: Microsoft store, hint hint, wink wink.


There are countless other examples where people have been waiting for years for update on their wishes and what not. For example reply in chat function. I personally do not care about it that much, but it all ready exists in mobile client for 2 years and we still have yet to see it on desktop.
