Team Schedule goes missing for some Shifts users

Teams mobile, iOS. Teams-only org. 30+ F1 licensed users in a single Team for which a Shifts schedule has been created. A small subset of the people (5) are unable to see the schedule that they have been added to when they access the Shifts app - the schedule is simply not there, but the app is. Logging out of the Teams app and logging back in brings back their schedule, but only temporarily, and once again after some time they must re-login. There is nothing "special" about these 5 users that I can determine. They were all provisioned identically and at the same time as the rest of the team. I tried to search the known issues for this but couldn't find anything. Anyone else experiencing this?

Never heard of this myself! By the sound of it, I’d create a ticket with Microsoft and figure it out
