Students cant access Teams

Hi there 

I am trying to get the students logged onto TEAMS but the students on login  keeping being shown this: 

The Teams license is enabled for this user see below:

But still we see the above user what am i doing wrong>

Does the signed in user match the correct Teams org? Also when was license assigned? Adam

Sorry I don't really understand the question 

according to our 365 admin centre the user I have illustrated, has got an A1 student licence and within that the teams option is ticked???

Where you blurred out “signed in as” is this account here the correct one? (Same organization (domain) as yours for example)
