Phone number issue on new install Teams

I was using Teams on my previous work laptop but eventually had to give the laptop back as I was transaction to a new job.

I installed Teams on my new work laptop and used my existing information to log in but when it came to entering my phone number it is telling me it has been in use already.
(I'm assuming from my previous laptop)

Not too sure what to do as I only have one phone number and I know this number is used for verification purposes.
