Odd teams video conferencing issue

I have a user who is running teams within Citrix. Everyone within Citrix is fine on teams, but one user is getting pixelated, choppy video. 


His broadband is fast enough, low latency, all drivers up to date, no VPN slowing him down. Camera looks fine when used "locally" And before on Skype, videochat was fine. Using Zoom is fine. 


He's the only user affected, the only thing I can think is that his Wifi is causing the issue, but I wondered if anyone else might have an answer for this?

If the Citrix solution is installed correctly with Teams they media should go from the client computer to Teams services. So the reason could be a bad connection to the client computer. You should be able to see some statistics if you check the call history for the user in Teams Admin Center.
