Newest version of Outlook Online - Create a Teams meeting?

Hello, it looks like other people in my organisation can create Teams meeting from their new version Outlook online calendars. I can't, it gives them a TEAMS toggle and me a Skype one. Any ideas?

Have you checked if you have both Teams and Skype Add-ins enabled in Outlook? In my case, I have both

I do have both. I am the Engagement and Adoption specialist at my organisation. It is a mystery why we have only found that it is just me that can't create a Skype Meeting. 

Are you users set to Teams Only coexistence in your Teams Admin center? Maybe you are still sitting on islands, or another setting that was manually set, and you guys upgraded the default which still has you reading different? I would start there, check on that setting see if that's different for whatever reason.
