MS Teams Traffic Usage

Hello Teams community,

Please i need your help on this issue. 

We had an MS Teams Conference yesterday and it was observed that huge traffic was utilized by the MS Teams Application.

Therefore we need to know why MS Teams meetings use our bandwidth

the traffic depends on multiple factors. was it audio only, one to one, one to multiple, screen sharing...
