Hi,

I have both settings set to true, but when the lobby is switched on in the Teams meeting options (only people in my organisation can bypass the lobby and always let callers bypass the lobby set to No) and I dial into a Teams meeting via the dial-in number and enter my Audio Conferencing Pin people are still not admitted from the lobby? Is this the correct behaviour? Is there any key combinations when dial-in via the dial-in number I can press to allow people into the meeting from the lobby?

@blue_man Hello, yes. As you're telling the dial-in users to wait in the lobby. You can configure the lobby settings either by using Teams meeting policies or per meeting using the Meeting options.

Some time ago Microsoft updated the behavior that sent all users (even dial-in users) through the lobby. So I would verify the settings in the CsTeamsMeetingPolicy.

Example of the Teams admin portal settings.

Automatically admit people

-AutoAdmittedUsers

Allow dial-in users to bypass the lobby

Hi @ChristianBergstrom

I want to keep the lobby settings as they are below, but if the meeting organiser joins by phone and enters in their audio conferencing pin how does the organiser then allow people in the from the lobby?

AllowPSTNUsersToBypassLobby : False

AutoAdmittedUsers : EveryoneInCompany

@blue_man Hi, this explains how it works.

'Allow dial-in users to bypass the lobby'

Maybe this is interesting for you?

Bear in mind that it takes quite some time for the Teams policies to take effect. You should at least wait 24 hours. Sometimes 48 (from my own experience).
