Once again I came up with the customer query on Microsoft Teams where in customer is looking to disable the File Sharing option as he is already sharing the files from one medium SharePoint or OneDrive. So Teams he is not looking to share files from end user perspective.
As of now I have got an option from Teams Administrator where I can disable file sharing or Cloud Storage adding option as given in below screenshot:
Please let me know is there any other option from where we can disable end users to share files in Teams or the above is correct method to restrict the same??

Teams leverages SharePoint and OneDrive so you would set the changes in the sharing settings in the SPO admin centre of the tenant. You would also do this on the security settings of each particular site linked to each team.
What you can’t do is remove the files tab in Teams currently as it’s not possible to remove default tabs
