User 1: Organisation 1 hast Office365 accounts and some internal Teams (one named Contoso).

User 2: Organisation 2 hast Office365 accounts and some internal Teams and will be Guest at Organisation 1 Team Contoso.

Now User 2 has to register at Organisation 1 using the Link via email.

Now User 2 will be logged out with his own user from teams and will be logged in with the new user from Organisation 1 (same email as in his own organisation)

In my mind I will have to be logged in as User 2 with my original email adress from my Organisiaton 2 and the team from Organisation 1 will be added as external teams.

It is to complicated to change all the time the account to work in the guest group.

In Slack you can have all your different teams over different companys on one place!

That's a commonly requested feature, but for the moment you need to switch tenants. Go vote it up on UserVoice.

You shouldn't actually have to log into any other account as User2, it should switch by using the tenant picker in the top right corner if setup correctly. However as Vasil said, you cannot be in multiple tenants / notifications on the single account yet and must tenant switch to access Teams in other organizations or you can use the client as User 2 in org 2, and use a browser to access teams.microsoft.com and login as user2, then tenant switch in the browser and you will be able to access both tenants at the same time.

Other tools also allow this such as Franz meetfranz.com that will allow you to log in with multiple accounts. You can also use multiple browser profiles if you do in fact have two separate identities.

Microsoft is working on adding support for Multiple accounts.
