Domestic calling plan assigned to account unable to place calls outside her organization.

Hello, 

Please i need your help on this.

I have a Teams user with a 365 Domestic calling plan assigned to account which is unable to place calls outside her organization.

Under her user account Dial-Out permission is set to Any destination.

Any suggestions on how to resolve. This user appears to be set with same permission as the whole organization.

Please i need your help on how to resolve this problem,

@IBN I can't tell from your screen shots, but does this user have a phone system licenses as well as the calling plan ?

Yes the user has Domestic Calling plan license, Phone system license, and Phone system - Virtual user license.

Do you have any idea the way forward to resolve this issue

The user is only assigned Phone System license not Phone System - Virtual license?

But Phone system-virtual license is part of the license but it is not assigned.

It just the phone system license that is assigned.

Get-CsOnlineUser -Identity $user | select AssignedPlan |fl

for the user?

Do you see something starting with MCOEV ?
