Client not ringing

Hi All.   Got an interesting issue.  For two of our users but possible more, the caller is not getting a ring tone when calling their DDI. It rings once (presumably as the pstn is connecting to the Teams system) and then they get silence until the call is answered.  Audio on the call is ok once answered.  The environment WAS on prem and AD connect is still in play.  can someone point me in the right direction as to what may be causing the issue.

Hi Ben,

I am not sure if I got correctly your setup but guessing this is about Direct Routing personally I would focus on setup of early media of the SBC for Teams side of the trunk. In Audiocodes terminology on setup of IP profile for Teams proxy. I do remember I got similar issue but just for internal phones from our PBX connected via SBC to MS Phone System. If you share more insight about the setup might be I can be more helpful.
