Is there a way to apply a policy to multiple users to configure the "dial-out" restrictions? So far I can only see a way to do this on a per user basis.

Solution

You can select multiple users in the Teams admin center, then hit the Edit settings button to bulk assign policies. Or, do it with the corresponding PowerShell cmdlet.

Thanks, the multiple users select i did not know. Still feels like a setting that should be able to be applied via policy...
