Audio calls through teams

we are trying to set up Teams Room with outbound calling to test the audio capabilities? All the license assigned such as domestic calling plan, international calling plan, Communication credit were all assigned

 

Everything appears to be set up correctly however when dialing a number we get a voice message saying "You have not set up to use this feature please contact an admin"


Calling policy setting "Make private calls " has been turned on.

Unfortunately we having the same problem when dialing a number we get a voice message saying "You have not set up to use this feature please contact an admin".


Please does anyone have any workaround to resolve this problem.

Hi,

Are you able to see the Dial Pad on the device? Is the device assigned with the Phone Number as you need to assign the phone number for the device?

In case both the above configuration is there can you please connect to PowerShell and share the value for Get-CsOnlineUser for the specific account.
