Approvals App

I am using the Teams Approval app. I have created our templates and they seem to be working fine. The issue is when an approval is submitted and completed, we need to be able to get a hard copy of it in either word or PDF. Can someone please give advice on if this is possible and if so how to do it? Thanks.
