Policy delay


One problem I see when moving to Teams is that you sometimes have to wait up to 24-28 hours, sometimes more, until a policy is applied for the user. Compared to Skype for Business, specially with server edition, were it normally is applied after a couple of minutes or a restart of the client.


Are you working to speed up this?

Hi @Linus Cansby, thanks for the question.

We have been aggressively working on this and you should already observe greatly reduced latency. We are continuing to invest in this space and expect it will become a non issue very soon.
