company email does not receive emails from gmail

Since I registered for Microsoft 365, I don't receive emails to my company account, from Gmail and yahoo

Hi, I can see that your MX record is correctly set to use Exchange Online Protection, so all is good there.


How long have you had your mail working in O365 please?  Is this a very recent change that you have made?  Also, what happens when Gmail users send an email to your domain?  Do they receive a bounce message?
