Since a few months our staff have been unable to access the demos.microsoft.com site.  It gives "Not Authorized" error. Our membership status is active.  Does anybody know why this is happening and how we can resolve it?

Hello! This sounds like more of a support question than one for the community. I'd recommend reaching out to support.microsoft.com about this.

@Eric Starker

We had reached out to the Support team, followed the steps they asked us to, but the problem was not resolved.

Sorry to hear that. I'm not really certain where else to recommend to post your question though. This space is meant for discussion around the Microsoft Tech Community website only.
I'm moving your post to the IT Resources and Training section but again I recommend following up with the support team instead.
