Link list management - personal, team and department wide

i am not sure if this fits in here. But is has to do with education.

Every hour of the day i see great articles, posts or help pages from official and inofficial resources that i want to save, share and tell people about it.

I discover these links on twitter, web, newsletter etc - mobile or on my client.

What do you use to save your links for later reading and how do you make them available for other employees?

I tried "To Do" for personal links but how to transfer them easily to a SharePoint List or another platform to perform flows or notifications?
