Is there any guide/documentations that lists the steps to migrate from Office 365 E3 to Microsoft 365 E3 plan ?

Any pointers would be of great help.

How do you mean migrate? You basically just get additions functionality

It’s basically just licensing! All the licenses you have today are in M365 so just switch the licenses and the user now get additional functionality
