Error message teams account

Hello, 

I have issues creating my Teams account. I tried to create one but I'm supposed to receive a confirmation mail with a pin code. I tried half a dozen of times but I never got the confirmation email. What I get is an error message when I try to enter my mail and password on the teams page.

How can I solve this problem ?
