I'm not aware of a migration tool that allows to migrate from Teamwork to Microsoft Teams so mostly you will need: (1) Use Microsoft Teams API / Teams cmdlets to write customs scripts to migrate data from Teamwork to Microsoft Teams. From those scripts you will have to connect to Teamwork APIs to get the info. you want (2) In the case of files, you could export the files from Teamwork and use SharePoint Migration Tool or Migration Manager to easily move them to Teams
