Migration Teamwork to Microsoft Teams

Hello everyone !

 

We are planning to migrate Teamwork , which is our existing collaboration platform, to Microsoft Teams , which is newly implemented recently.. 

 

We need to migrate the data and profiles that are being used in Teamwork to new platform : Microsoft teams..

 

If you have a good approach for the migration, your advice and experience are much helpful !

I'm not aware of a migration tool that allows to migrate from Teamwork to Microsoft Teams so mostly you will need:
(1) Use Microsoft Teams API / Teams cmdlets to write customs scripts to migrate data from Teamwork to Microsoft Teams. From those scripts you will have to connect to Teamwork APIs to get the info. you want
(2) In the case of files, you could export the files from Teamwork and use SharePoint Migration Tool or Migration Manager to easily move them to Teams
