We have a team that is our testing enviorment to learn teams, but one of the teachers create a recurring meeting that no one attends, so I am a global admin and I am part of the team but because I´m not the organizer I can´t eliminate the meeting that every week is on my calendar and she doesn´t know whow to eliminate the event.

Don’t think you can unless you cancel all meetings for the user or in a specific time window

Have the user go to outlook and click delete on one of the occurring meetings then select delete all
