Hello, I'm having an issue where I can only add a specific person as guest. There is no option to add them as a member and there is no dropdown for them in the membership pane, it just says guest. I'm wondering if they're only a member of specific team but not the organization as a whole. If so, how do I add them, I was going to look at the admin panel, but that's not available in the free version.

Unless the person has been added to your tenant as a member - and a member of Active Directory, they will not display as a member in your team. You would need to add them at the tenant level for them to be a member of your team. Add them to your 'organization' as an admin of your tenant rather than adding them from Teams directly.
