New Contributor

I was added as guest of my client. I was able to see the switch account button beside my profile but the moment I switch to my primary account, the link or button to switch to my guest account disappear.

 

I need to go back to the email invite I got from my customer just to be able to access my guest account.

 

Let me know what file do you need from me to check this out.

@Sonny0923, does the same behavior occur from both the web & desktop clients? It could possibly be the amount of time in between they added you.

@Sam Cosby  It is fixed now! Root cause was my external account within my client's AD has some issues. When I restarted my laptop everything is okay now. Thanks!
