Do you have any machines not on 1709? I.e. 1803/1809? Does this happen with them? I would say the same regarding the Office and Teams versions - are they at the latest versions?
The only think that sticks out currently is the version of what you are using. If it’s still happening on a machine after upgrading then it may be a case of raising a ticket to Support.
