Hi,

Myself and a number of my team have noticed that new chat messages received do not alert us through the icon on the taskbar.

e.g. before the icon used to flash and then display a number telling you how many new messages you have.

This feature now seems inconsistent. If i restart Teams app it will work for a while, then fail again.
does anyone else see this?
