Hi there!

Most of our employees access their work emails using Intune MAM (Mobile Application Management). This does not require a full enrollment of the device.

However, they have to use different broker agents - Microsoft Authenticator app for iOS devices and Intune client for Android.

Can this process be simplified to just use one - the Authenticator app or Intune client?

Thank you.

Thanks for the feedback, @Emy Loanzon. We decided to leverage a different architecture on Android due to the OS platform capabilities (cross-process execution), we made a decision to also enable the Company Portal as a broker to reduce what apps have to be installed (in certain circumstances). Of course, the Authenticator can be used on Android as well, and in some cases is required (for example, if you move to passwordless).
