Autoforwarding question


What's the easiest way, with EXO in a hybrid configuration with centralized transport to block autoforwarding, via mailbox rules, for all users except a select one or two?

For External Autoforward - for EXO Mailboxes, the easiest way is to use our new External Autoforward Control under Outbound Spam Filter Policy. You can Disable Autoforward on the Default Outbound Spam Filter Policy and then create a higher policy for selected users and enable Autoforward there. For Internal Autoforward - You need to create Transport rule and block Autoforward and then put exception for the selected users.
