The DFS Replication (DFSR) service stores files that encountered replication conflicts and pre-existing files that were removed during initial synchronization in the 'ConflictAndDeleted' and 'PreExisting' folders respectively. Our resident DFSR guru, Ned Pyle has just submitted a new and updated script to restore data from the DFSR ConflictAndDeleted or PreExisting folders for disaster recovery purposes. Head on over to the MSDN code gallery and grab the latest version of the script.
