With summer just beginning, the Azure Certified Device team is bringing you the hottest news on the most recent changes to our certification portal and Azure Certified Device catalog.
While we apologize for the delay in announcements, June’s highlights include updates to the Secured-core device testing and some new additions to the catalog. Read on for more information!
On the portal:
Edge Secured-core testing now supports ADU for devices with IoT Edge runtime.
As we continue to invest in the Edge Secured-core program, we are publishing our first major update since its initial preview in April. This release resolves some existing issues and added new tests, including validation for “Device Update for IoT Hub” (ADU). Interested in joining the preview program for our security-based certification? Check out our program requirements to see if your device is the right fit.
On the catalog:
Enhanced filter options with addition of software levels and IP value
We’re continuing to listen to your requests and feedback to improve the search experience on the catalog. The addition of filters for the Azure software configuration levels and Ingress Protection values will better enable our customers to search for IoT devices via details important to hardware selection. You can try out the new features now on the Azure Certified Device catalog!
